In a story dedicated specifically to the subject, Maya Buskila attacked singer Lynette Menashe, who has enjoyed impressive success in Turkey for many years. Why? In a post written by Lynette in the popular Instagram column with more than a million followers, she sent messages calling for calm on both sides of the conflict and expressed "a wish that the brutality and bloodshed end as soon as possible for both sides."

"Shame, Mrs. Linette. It's a good thing that she didn't give her love to Erdogan [the Turkish president], and at the height of her audacity blocked access to her page," Buskila wrote with great feelings of frustration and anger. "She feels like she belongs to the Turkish people, and she hopes the bloodshed on both sides stops!" she repeated Lynette to her followers.
"Tell me, aren't you ashamed?" Maya addressed the singer directly, noting the ingratitude she believes she is showing towards Israel, the place where she was born and raised. "You came to our country, you were accepted into the program to represent Israel at Eurovision, you never represented Turkey, Madam Turk. Bloodshed on both sides? Do you have any idea what we went through and are still going through? Hope they won't let you enter the country anymore. Just insult and cowardice," she slammed her at the end.
