170 French nationals are in the Gaza Strip, the French foreign minister announced on Friday.

Two French children have died in the Gaza Strip, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday. "France has learned with sadness of the death of two children of French nationality in the northern Gaza Strip with their French mother who was herself injured, as well as her third child," the Quai d'Orsay said in a statement.
