Recipe for Blue Finn Sashimi
Components
- 200g tuna Blue Finn
- 1 avocado
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 50 g toasted panko
- A little salt
- A little ground black pepper
Just slice the fish,
Method of preparation
Slice the tuna into thin slices and place on a plate in a gradual manner.Using a peeler, peel slices of avocado and place next to the tuna.On a hot skillet, roast and pan until browned. Recipe for Blue Finn Love Ball
Components:
- 300g tuna Blue Finn
- 3 teaspoons green Tabasco
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 avocado
- A little salt
- A little white pepper
- Bundle of chopped coriander
- Red onion 1 unit
- Green onion 1 pack
Method of preparation
With the help of a sharp knife, chop the tuna finely.Add the red onion and green onion, the coriander, Tabasco, oil, salt, and white pepper.Stir until uniform.With the help of two hands, form 5 beautiful balls of the blue penis and place in the center of the plate.Using a peeler, peel thin avocado envelopes and cover only half of the ball so we can enjoy the tuna.For decoration: panko chips and hazelnut caramble.
