Components

  • 200g tuna Blue Finn
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 50 g toasted panko
  • A little salt
  • A little ground black pepper

Just slice the fish,

Method of preparation

  • Slice the tuna into thin slices and place on a plate in a gradual manner.
  • Using a peeler, peel slices of avocado and place next to the tuna.
  • On a hot skillet, roast and pan until browned. Gently sprinkle between tuna and avocado.
  • Close the dish with salt, pepper and exempt olive oil.

    Components:

    • 300g tuna Blue Finn
    • 3 teaspoons green Tabasco
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 1 avocado
    • A little salt
    • A little white pepper
    • Bundle of chopped coriander
    • Red onion 1 unit
    • Green onion 1 pack

    Method of preparation

  • With the help of a sharp knife, chop the tuna finely.
  • Add the red onion and green onion, the coriander, Tabasco, oil, salt, and white pepper.
  • Stir until uniform.
  • With the help of two hands, form 5 beautiful balls of the blue penis and place in the center of the plate.
  • Using a peeler, peel thin avocado envelopes and cover only half of the ball so we can enjoy the tuna.
