With a more oiled organization Anses managed to collect the Emergency Family Income (IFE) almost 4.5 million people in three weeks. The start-up of the second round of the $ 10,000 bond accelerated compared to the first that had demanded the government an extensive schedule that lasted for two months.
Tomorrow, Friday, the people who already received this benefit through a bank account will receive the payment. As the schedule is staggered, this Friday Anses will deposit the $ 10,000 to those who have the DNI finished in 6 and 7.
With this, the IFE will have already received 4.5 million people , almost half of the beneficiaries. And in the next two weeks I would finish collecting the rest.
This second round of the IFE is only available to people who had already charged the first round between April and May. The registry, with 8.8 million beneficiaries, is already consolidated. Those who have not been admitted until now have no chance of joining .
The IFE was intended as an aid to families in the midst of the pandemic. It is received by the holders of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH), the Universal Pregnancy Allowance (AUE), the social monotributistas, the monotributistas of categories A and B, domestic workers and people who do not have any type of income or they work in black. Thus, sectors that are also vulnerable in the pandemic, such as retirees and those who receive some type of pension, are left out of this bond .
In the first round of payment, the schedule was extremely long with beneficiaries who were only able to collect when the quarantine had been in place for two months. To narrow it down. in the second stage Anses resolved that everyone would collect this time through a bank account .
For those who receive AUH and IFE - about 3 million people - the procedure was simple: they already have an account linked to the universal allocation. There was also another batch of people with bank accounts between monotributistas and informal.
But almost 4 million people could not collect through the bank , either because they did not have an account or because they had once had but had lost their card or did not have the keys to operate.
So Anses started a three-phase schedule in this second payment of the $ 10,000 bonus . In the first, which ended last Monday, the headlines of AUH and AUE took over. Since Tuesday, those who have already reported the uniform bank code (CBU) before the Anses in the previous payment have been collecting. These beneficiaries will finish paying next Monday.
From there comes the most difficult phase : paying the bonus to those who until now did not have a bank account or had it but did not use it. That last stretch of the schedule would start next Tuesday 30 and would last until July 6. In the first phase these people collected through the Argentine Post Office or from some point of the Red Link or the Province bank that allows cash to be withdrawn through a code, without the need for a debit card.
In the meantime, the beneficiaries of the IFE who did not have an account until now must open one free of charge online on public or private banks. Once the CBU is obtained, they must register with this key in the Anses base and wait for the agency to inform them when they will receive a text message.
