The World Economic Forum had turned its annual meeting in January into a virtual conference, instead of the gathering of the world's political and economic elite at the Swiss Alps resort of Davos.

Its organizers were planning a
face-to-face
meeting
in Singapore in May.
Finally, they announced this Wednesday that the meeting is postponed again, to August this time (from 17 to 20) in order to guarantee better health security while the Covid pandemic continues.
