Rise in wheat: a big breath of fresh air for French grain producers


DECRYPTION - If the very high price of wheat does not only have positive consequences, it largely pushes up the income of a profession under pressure for a long time.

"We should arrive around two minimum wage this year per month, against less than one minimum wage over the last eight seasons,"

confirms Eric Thirouin, himself cereal in Eure-et-Loir.
