A unique bootcamp that includes lectures and practical workshops for integration into the world of employment was conducted by Bank Hapoalim, with the participation of Fellows of the "Poalim for Success" Foundation. The fund, which is operated by the bank and awards scholarships to students totaling NIS 1 million annually for the fourth consecutive year, provides students with tools to prepare for their careers and the world of employment.

During the day, the fellows were privileged to hear two inspiring lectures by Barak Regev, CEO of Google Israel, and Yael Arad, an expert in entrepreneurship and business development and chairman of the Olympic Committee in Israel on career development and coping with successes and failures in the world of employment.
Afterwards, the student team of the Poalim Foundation for Success sat for round tables with members of the advisory committee, including Bank Hapoalim's Deputy CEO and Bank Hapoalim's Head of Human Resources, Amit Obrakovich, and ICON CEO and Founder, founder and chairman of Code for Israel, venture capitalist Yasmin Lukach, who shared career development tips.
Finally, the students heard professional lectures on practical tools for entering the world of work: a LinkedIn workshop, a lecture on employment focus, a lecture on decision making and job search.

Bank Hapoalim, through the Center for Social Banking and in cooperation with the "Education for Peaks" association, operates the "Poalim for Success" Foundation, which grants scholarships to students totaling NIS 10 million a year, for the fourth consecutive year! The "Poalim for Success" Foundation provides a unique track that includes a financial stipend of NIS 000,160 per student, along with a set of tools in preparation for career and the world of employment. In addition, the scholarship emphasizes the development of social leadership and the scholars volunteer 3 hours a year with children and youth in Psagot education centers scattered throughout Israel's social and geographic periphery.
