During the day, the fellows were privileged to hear two inspiring lectures by Barak Regev, CEO of Google Israel, and Yael Arad, an expert in entrepreneurship and business development and chairman of the Olympic Committee in Israel on career development and coping with successes and failures in the world of employment.

Afterwards, the student team of the Poalim Foundation for Success sat for round tables with members of the advisory committee, including Bank Hapoalim's Deputy CEO and Bank Hapoalim's Head of Human Resources, Amit Obrakovich, and ICON CEO and Founder, founder and chairman of Code for Israel, venture capitalist Yasmin Lukach, who shared career development tips.
