Semolina, the creamy dessert from childhood.
The porridge is a filling meal, but not really figure-friendly.

Quick fillers from childhood, preferably cooked by grandma: rice pudding, pudding * and semolina.
All three are soul flatterers, but not necessarily "slim".

Conventional semolina is cooked with milk or cream and sugar, sometimes adding an egg yolk.

What are psyllium husks?
Psyllium husks are obtained from special plantain species and mostly come from India.
They have almost no smell and taste and swell up to 50 times their volume in water.
They are therefore used for thickening.
The psyllium husks get their name because the seeds jump out of the fruit as soon as they are ripe.
Since they are also red-brown and small, they are reminiscent of fleas.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
It takes a while for the psyllium husks to thicken the milk.
If it is still too runny after ten minutes, add another teaspoon of psyllium husks.
Garnish the fake semolina with fruits, nut butter or cinnamon and a sugar alternative.
