Marilyn Manson faces new charges.
A complaint was filed for
"sexual abuse, sexual assault and touching"
on a minor woman at the time of the events.
According to
Rolling Stone
magazine , the victim filed the complaint anonymously, using the name
"Jane Doe"

The case, filed in the Supreme Court of Nassau County, United States, includes counts of sexual violence and intentional infliction of emotional distress against the American singer.
The victim, now an adult, accuses Marilyn Manson, real name Brian Hugh Warner, of having abused her in 1995, when she was only 16 years old.
She says she was approached by Warner after a concert in Dallas, Texas, where the age of consent is set at 17.

, including
"forced copulation and vaginal penetration"

The victim, who was a virgin at the time, claims that Brian Hugh Warner
“made fun of her”
when she was
“scared, humiliated and lost”
.
He then threatened to
"kill her and her family
", before asking her to
"get the hell out of the bus"
.

adds a second complaint to her file, accusing the singer of having assaulted her a second time, in 1999, and of having done everything to have a psychological hold on her.
She also accuses Nothing Records and Interscope, the artist's former labels, of having turned a blind eye to his behavior.
