The benefit is intended for soldiers in compulsory service, volunteers in national service and volunteers in the year of service, who subscribe to Cellcom on mobile.

The registration for the benefit is done on the Cellcom website.

After registering, those who are entitled to the benefit will be notified with the login details and downloading the app.

The benefit will end on 31.12.2020.
