Rinat Yinsman dreams of opening the ANAND restaurant and cooking the traditional Indian food on which she grew up

Rinat Yinsman's parents immigrated from India and Rinat grew up in an environment where Indian culture and cuisine were an integral part of her life.

As a child, Rinat was ashamed of her differences and the smells and tastes of her home, but today, she embraces the culture she came from and wants to give respect to traditional foods.
