Report: Is this the date of the announcement of the iPhone 14 series?

Get ready: The iPhone series will be unveiled at a special event that Apple will hold on September 13, according to a new report from the iDropNews website.

As part of the event, Apple is expected to introduce four new iPhone models, with "holes" in the screen instead of a recess (the black bar at the top of the screen where the photo and face recognition sensors are located).

However, Apple may create some separation within the series: the same flawless design will be exclusive to the Pro models, while the cheaper models will have to spend another year with a flaw.

Also, rumor has it the iPhone 14 models will come for the first time with a 48 megapixel camera.

Although a larger amount of pixels does not necessarily mean a better image, it seems that Apple wants to break the barrier, since since the iPhone 6S announced in 2015, the devices' photo array included a photo sensor with a resolution of only 12 megapixels.
