The Disney Company unveiled today (Wednesday) at a press conference in Tel Aviv the list of content that will be uploaded to Disney Plus with its launch in Israel next Thursday, June 16.

These are all-time titles - new Disney movies and series, including Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm, Hollow, Fox and FX talk shows, and of course, all-time classics from all of these studios.

From Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck videos, to animated legends like "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "The Lion King," "Tangle" and "Breaking the Ice," to the latest movies, such as "Ancanto." And "Ria and the Last Dragon."

Also coming, of course, will be Disney Channel's favorite series, such as "Hannah Montana," "Timon and Pumbaa," "Lilo and Stitch," "Lizzie Maguire" and more, as well as content from the past year that we've been waiting for, such as "Hamilton" and the Beatles :

The Disney Plus service - whose interface in Israel will also be in Hebrew - is divided into tabs that also include Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star.

The Disney Plus tab includes Disney classics, such as favorite animated films (from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", through "Beauty and the Beast", "Aladdin" and "The Lion King", to more modern ones like "Tangle", "Moana", " Ralph the Horse (and of course "Breaking the Ice"), live-action novelty innovations, as well as family-oriented series such as "The Simpsons" and "Malcolm in the Middle" - both originally by Fox, purchased by Disney in 2019.

Under "Pixar" you will find some of the perfect movies made in recent decades, such as "Toy Story", "Super Family", "Wall-E" and "Coco", as well as "Red Fire", "Luca" and "Soul" The new ones.

They will also include the short films produced by the animation studio since its inception in the 1980s.

The "Marvel" tab includes all of its superhero movies, as well as hit series such as "Wandhouse," "Loki," "Moon Night," and the newest, which airs weekly today in places where the service is already available - "Mrs. Marvel."

Under the "Star Wars" tab are included all the movies as well as the new series taking place in the universe, such as "The Mandalorian", "Doll Pet's Book" and the current "Obi-Wan Kenobi", whose fifth episode (out of six) airs the day before at Disney Plus.

The "Star" tab is the one that includes the series for a more mature audience, and also includes the films that Fox Studios has produced on all of their branches, series of the high-quality cable network FX ("The Americans," "American Horror" and others) and original productions by Hollow.

For Israelis and other subscribers outside the United States, the big advantage of Disney Plus, beyond the obvious content that comes with it like the favorite classics and new hit series, is also the dizzying amount of library content that comes with it and is not necessarily identified with Disney.

Will the content be translated into Hebrew?

All Disney Plus flagship content will be translated into Hebrew as soon as the service increases, but since it involves tens of thousands of hours of content, not everything will be translated in the first stage.

They might also generally give up translation into some of the more negligible and forgotten content, like specials for children from distant decades, for example.

Will there be Hebrew dubbing?

Definitely.

Content that has been dubbed in the past has been done this way under Disney's guidelines anyway, and it will be uploaded to Disney Plus with the same familiar dubbing.

New content will also be dubbed according to the same dictates.
