In addition, Apple revealed the pair of new M2 Pro and M2 Max chips, which, among other things, were also developed by engineers from the development center in Israel.

The new 16-inch and 14-inch models include Liquid Retina XDR screens and are based on the two new processors - M2 Pro and M2 Max.
According to Apple, the M2 Pro chip provides up to 40% better performance compared to the previous generation, while the M2 Max provides 30% higher efficiency.
Apple also boasted and noted that the new Pro chip "is capable of processing images in Photoshop up to 40% faster than with the first generation, and up to 80% faster than a MacBook Pro with an Intel Core i9 processor."
