The coronavirus pandemic has killed 288 people in Spain in the past 24 hours, the lowest figure since March 20, the Health Ministry said on Sunday.

The total death toll now stands at 23,190 dead in the country which has paid the heaviest price for the disease behind the United States and Italy, but which is beginning to ease containment by letting the children out.
