The number of daily deaths from coronavirus in Spain has dropped to its lowest level in over a month, with 288 deaths recorded in the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry announced on Sunday 26 April.

This brings the total toll of the epidemic in Spain to 23,190 dead, against 22,902 on Saturday.
The total number of confirmed cases of contamination stands at 207,634, against 205,905 the day before, added the ministry.
