According to the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, the mediators received a message from Hamas that any response to the rocket launch from Gaza would provoke a response • The Egyptians asked the terrorist organization not to raise the threshold of escalation

Hamas is threatening to respond to Israel's response to the rocket launch yesterday, the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar close to Hezbollah reported this morning (Wednesday).

Sources told the Lebanese newspaper this morning that in the last two days there have been intense contacts between Hamas and the mediators.

According to the report, the terrorist organization insisted on the need to return to the situation before the "wall guard", regarding the crossings, the Qatari grant and the introduction of building materials to begin the restoration of the ruins.

For its part, Israel informed the mediators that it had allowed the importation of equipment into the Gaza Strip, as well as the Qatari money, for which a new agreement had been signed.

In addition, it was reported that the terrorist organizations warned the mediators that if the grant and construction materials did not come into effect, they would continue the "pressure operations" and any Israeli response would be met by various means.

At the same time, it was reported that the Egyptians had asked Hamas not to further escalate the situation and give an opportunity to implement the promises made by Israel.

A senior Hamas official told Israel Today that the person behind the rocket launch this week was Islamic Jihad.

However, it should be noted that the terrorist organizations in Gaza coordinate with each other.

As a reminder, the newspaper learned from its sources that the terrorist organizations will declare "rage marches" this weekend, and these will include thousands of Palestinians approaching the border, at the same time as inflating incendiary balloons and using the means of "return marches".

In other words, Hamas plans to return the "nocturnal confusion" units to activity, in addition to throwing stones and throwing Molotov cocktails at IDF forces, burning tires and attempting to penetrate the security fence.
