An official in the Ukrainian President's office announced today his country's readiness to negotiate with Russia on what he called "the current situation."
"Kiev is ready to negotiate with Russia, but it must get security guarantees," the official was quoted as saying by Sputnik.
Deputy Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Russian Federation Council, Vladimir Jabarov, said in a press statement yesterday: "No one will negotiate with the current President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, and we expect that sooner or later a normal government will come to Ukraine."
