Low-cost airline Wizz Air, which is normally considered the second most active airline at Ben Gurion Airport, has not announced a target date for canceling flights, and the airline notifies its customers individually until cancellations in the days before the flight. The airline has not been active in Israel since the beginning of the war and at this stage all its flights are canceled.

Israeli airlines El Al, Israir and Arkia, along with Ethiopian, Etihad, Fly Dubai, Blue Bird, Fly Airways and Red Wings, still operate flights from Israel and to Israel. It is important to emphasize that the due dates of foreign airlines that canceled their flights to Israel may change every day and there is a high probability that they will extend their cancellations beyond the dates indicated.

It is important to emphasize that if the airline cancels the flight, the passenger is entitled to a refund according to the law. In a war situation, the chances of compensation beyond the refund of the amount paid are very low, as these are special circumstances that make things easier for the airlines.
