The Prime Minister's Office suspended Sarah Netanyahu's office chief for 14 days following the disciplinary indictment against her.
The decision to suspend her was made after the Civil Service Commission filed a disciplinary action on Thursday against Tzipi Navon, director of Sara Netanyahu's office, following a series of inciting publications against opponents of the prime minister published by Navon during the war.
"In these actions, the defendant made serious and offensive statements... The defendant published these offensive and divisive publications during a time of war, when the people of Israel unite to fight the bitter enemy, and the citizens of Israel mobilize to help the war effort," the complaint against her states.
"And you ask if there really are traitor Jews among us, I believe yes and a lot," she wrote in one of her publications, while another attacked the news channels as "channels of hatred and poison." In other statements, she even accused anti-Netanyahu demonstrators of responsibility for Hamas' terrorist attack and published offensive information that included personal details of civilians.
