While a huge wave of demonstrations against Israel and in support of terrorist organizations are taking place around the world, special and surprising cases of support for Israel are taking place in unexpected places.
In Chicago, in the Midwest, thousands of demonstrators marched in support of the Hamas terrorist organization, wearing ski masks and waving Palestinian and Hamas flags. Opposite was a small group of black Hebrew believers, a religious group of African Americans.
Chicago: Dozens of black Hebrews clash with Hamas supporters
The Black Hebrews confronted the terror supporters in the street, beat them and even threw stones and other objects at them. Some members of the group even grabbed flags and beat the marchers, who seemed surprised by the unexpected resistance. A few minutes later, the police separated the hawks and the Hebrews stood across the street and shouted insults at the demonstrators.
The Black Hebrew community was established in the United States at the end of the 19th century and today has 40,000 members. A group of about 5,000 members lives in Israel, mainly in the city of Dimona. The Hebrews believe that they are descendants of the true Israelites and adhere to a strict religious regime that includes veganism.
