A study, carried out in March among 1,724 candidates and 355 recruiters by HelloWork, a start-up specializing in recruitment and training, points to significant discrepancies between the expectations of candidates and the practices of companies over several phases of the hiring process. .
Although recruiters use all channels to increase the number of opportunities to fill their positions, they favor specialized platforms, where 96% of their offers are published.
But they don't always know the codes, which are similar to those of e-commerce.
