Ingredients
1 Pack Tliatella Playa a-Pino Pasta (500g)
½ Bread crumbs
¼ olive oil + 2 tbsp
3 fresh and beautiful zucchini
3 cloves of garlic slices
6 sage leaves
2 tablespoons black olives
1 lemon
Salt
Ground black pepper
1 handful of basil leaves
2 mozzarella balls

Preparation
How do you make zucchini and crispy bread crumbs?
1 Heat well in a pan 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry the bread crumbs.
Set aside.
2 Cut the zucchini lengthwise and slice them diagonally.
3 Boil plenty of water in a pot with a little salt and cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4 Heat in a wide pan a quarter cup of olive oil with garlic and sage.
When the oil is hot add the zucchini, salt and black pepper and mix for about 2 minutes.
Give zucchini only a light burn, we want them to stay crispy.
5 Strain the pasta and add it to the pan with the olive tapenade.
Grate the lemon peel in and mix.
6 Squeeze in the lemon juice and cook together for about a minute.
7 Add the fried bread crumbs, mix well and remove from the heat.
8 Stir in the basil leaves, transfer to a serving bowl and place over pieces of mozzarella balls.
