Two weeks after the invasion of Ukraine, and while the escalation of sanctions is not complete, we are beginning to measure the repercussions of the conflict.

They take the form of a giant energy shock, which raises fears of the return of stagflation, this economic monster combining soaring prices and weak growth, painfully experienced in the 1970s. The first part of the equation is already on the table : the dizzying rise in oil and gas prices is grabbing individuals and businesses by the throat.

But the State is watching: in exceptional circumstances, exceptional measures, it will absorb part of it.
