The detention of the nurses suspected of abusing the kindergarten in Mevaseret Zion was extended today (Thursday) in the Magistrate's Court in Jerusalem until Monday.

The police representative at the hearing presented a very harsh opinion against one of the caregivers in a similar case of violence against her children.

In this case, no decision was made in the State Attorney's Office whether to file an indictment against her or close the case.

The president of the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court, Judge Shmuel Herbst, said at the hearing, after watching documentation from the kindergarten, that "there are some resonant things here. We see that force is being used aggressively against a child who did not go to sleep."

The judge clarified that he does not know whether at this stage the materials before him will lead to an indictment but there is a reasonable suspicion that the offenses were committed.

Defense counsel for one of the caregivers, Advocate and Sim Dakwar, claimed during the hearing that the police had presented partial documentation at the previous hearing and demanded that it be presented in full.

She then hugged the boy, stroked him and sat him on her lap.

"The police are not interested in the next minute what happened to the child," he said.

Judge Shmuel Herbst noted at the hearing that "this is not an isolated case but several cases. It is still too early to say how many cases are involved, these are cases that are at least aggressive behavior for children."

The mother of the girl in the kindergarten described that when her three-year-old daughter would return from kindergarten with signs, the kindergarten teachers knew to pad that nothing had happened.

"My girl has turned from a good girl into a violent girl who beats herself up and threatens me 'Mommy be careful I'll beat you,'" she said.

She said she has noticed these violent behaviors in recent months but it is an "impossible" age.

"I no longer know, you can not trust anyone, not even the gardeners who receive the children with hugs and kisses. I no longer know where to put my head, I constantly think about what she went through and that I was not there to hug her when needed," she described in tears. .

The mother also said that at night her daughter stands outside the bed, scared and hugs objects so that they will not hurt her.

"When I bend down to the height of her eyes she's scared and defensive of me, like I did something to her," she said.

"It is very disturbing that there were four kindergarten teachers there and we do not know what was really and where we sent the children, who will take care of them?", She added.

No place is really supervised.

She also noted that one of the caregivers came to the daycare center after receiving other complaints from her at another daycare center.

"No place is really supervised and no one can be trusted," she said.

Another mother of one of the girls in kindergarten added that there was also a suspicion that one of the caregivers had abused her private children.

"If she abused her children, how could she not abuse our children?" She said.

Another mother of one of the girls in the kindergarten added that parents of children in the daycare center reported children who were afraid to go to bed.

"Until now we did not understand why this was happening and now understand that it is because of the things they went through in kindergarten," the mother described.

"We thought we could trust the caregivers, we all loved them very much. The kids today are out of kindergarten and they would kiss them in the mouth. Today I can not trust anyone, I do not know if I can trust another caregiver to take care of my child now," she said.

She noted that until now they did not understand why the children are afraid of sleep and diapers, and only now do they understand the picture.

At the same time, today a 50-year-old kindergarten teacher was arrested on suspicion of abusing a kindergarten in Ma'ale Adumim.

She will later be brought to the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court for a remand hearing.
