Micha Klein, CEO of Africa Israel Residences: "There has been a dramatic drop in building starts compared to previous years. If we add to this the fact that many of the developers were left with a relatively low number of apartments for sale compared to previous years, we can see that the rate of demand remained stiff but the supply decreased. Therefore, as long as there is no substantive attention to the issue from government levels, the result in the future is one – the housing market will suffer further price increases."

Eyal Green, CEO of Atidim Park Tel Aviv: "The office market, as opposed to residential, has recovered in the current year. We have experienced an increase in demand. Companies have only partially adopted the hybrid model, and some allow working from home for a day or two. In the coming year, I believe we will see a continued increase in demand for offices in strategic locations."
