This afternoon, Quneitra governorate sent a batch of aid provided by Al-Areen Foundation, Quneitra branch, in cooperation with civil and popular events in the governorate, to those affected by the earthquake in Lattakia.
The head of the Al-Areen Foundation branch in Quneitra, Mamoun Jarida, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the aid provided within the “We are all people” initiative is an affirmation of the unity of the Syrian society and its solidarity with our people in the governorates stricken by the earthquake, and it is the first batch of aid within the campaign launched by the civil and popular activities in the governorate. In turn, Muhammad al-Hajj, one of the organizers of the initiative, pointed out that it consists of three cars loaded with quantities of various foodstuffs of all kinds, pointing to the continuation of work to send other aid to Lattakia.
