Recipe for shakshuka bruschetta
Components
Per 4 Servings
- 4 slices of bread or challah
- A little olive oil
- A little butter for frying
- 4 eggs
Sauce:
- 4 small ripe red tomatoes or 16 diced cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper cut into slices
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons arisa paste
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste

Method of preparation
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic lightly, only until it smells but does not turn golden.
2. Add the tomatoes and pepper to the pan and cook on very low heat for about 8 minutes.
3. Add Arisa paste, season with salt, paprika and pepper and set aside.
4. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and roast in the oven, medium heat, 180 degrees Celsius, for about 5 minutes.
5. In the meantime, fry eye eggs to the level of doing you like.
6. When serving, place a slice of toasted bread, on which pile a hot shakshuka sauce, on top of which place an eye egg and serve immediately.
