James Maslow, the American singer and actor of Jewish descent, known from the successful series from Nickelodeon ICarly and Big Time Rush and the band of the same name, landed in Israel on Tuesday morning.

Maslow, who also starred in Lifetime's 2015 film "Seeds Of Yesterday" (the fourth film in the successful "Flowers in the Attic" series), has been sharing posts on his Instagram account in support of Israel since the outbreak of the war. He has now arrived in Israel to assist in the global information effort and will even meet with the families of the abductees.

On his Instagram account, he posted a picture from the plane and wrote: "Traveling for a good cause."

This is not the actor's first visit to Israel. Last year, he was in Tel Aviv just as the murderous attack on Dizengoff Street took place in April 2022. Magini and Tomer Morad, 27-year-old childhood friends from Kfar Saba, and Barak Lupan, 35, from Givat Shmuel, were murdered along with them.

He wrote: "Sitting here in Tel Aviv shocked and saddened by the terror attack that took place just a few blocks from my hotel. We're fine," he reassured his followers, "but I've talked to my friends in the West, and no one talks about it. No communication. No worries. That alone raises concerns. I pray for peace and some kind of solution in the Middle East where all people can live."
