According to the police report, there was a physical conflict here on a toilet facility, with five followers from Mannheim being slightly injured. One of them had to be hospitalized with a laceration on the head. However, several fans of both camps were involved in the argument.
According to the police report, "typical offenses" for such a game were to be noted around the Grünwalder Stadion in the run-up to the third division encounter between the two traditional clubs, but by the end of the game it should have been largely "trouble-free". Around 300 task forces ensured order around the game. But after the game, around 4.45 p.m. at Columbusplatz subway station, there was a repeated argument between the two fan camps because the usual fan separation could not take place due to the construction site at Sendlinger Tor.

The attack by the Mannheimers was probably meant as a kind of revenge action for the incident at the Adelzhausen rest area.
