Paris (AP) - Thomas Tuchel and Paris Saint-Germain hurry from victory to victory on the way to the French football championship.
Nine days before the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 at Tuchels Ex-Club Borussia Dortmund, the Paris Olympique Lyon defeated 4-2 (2-0). PSG, who also scored three offside goals, have been unbeaten for 21 games and won 19 of them. With a lead of twelve points after 24 game days, the seventh championship title in eight years seems almost certain.
The national players Thilo Kehrer and Julian Draxler were in the starting eleven at PSG. Draxler forced Marcal's own goal to 3: 0 (47th minute), but was also responsible for the 3: 2 and was replaced in the 65th minute. Angel di Maria (22nd), Kylian Mbappé (38th) and Edinson Cavani (80th) scored the other goals for Paris. Martin Terrier (52.) and Moussa Dembelé (59.) scored for the guests. Lucas Tousart, who switched to Hertha BSC in the summer, performed well with the guests.
PSG were missing among others superstar Neymar, ex-Munich Juan Bernat, former Dortmund Abdou Diallo and captain Thiago Silva. Except for Diallo, everyone should be fit until the game in Dortmund.
