The Syrian men's basketball team beat its Bahraini counterpart today with a score of 81-64 points at the end of its participation in the Jordan International Championship held in the capital Amman.
The result of the first half of the match ended with our team advancing by 40-29 points.
Our team lost to its Lebanese counterpart yesterday, with a score of 75-86 points, in its third match in the championship, while it lost to its Iraqi counterpart yesterday, with a score of 60-63 points. It also lost in the opening match against its Jordanian counterpart last Sunday with a score of 67-75.
The tournament will end tomorrow with two matches, the first of which will bring together the teams of Bahrain and Iraq, and the second will face Lebanon and Jordan.
The participation of our team in this tournament comes in the context of its preparations for the Asian qualifiers, whose competitions will start on the twentieth of this month.
