Salamia and Al-Ittihad basketball teams qualified for the semi-finals of the League of Women’s second division clubs for the first group, whose competitions were held in the Al-Assad Sports City in Lattakia.
In the first match, Salmiya defeated Hattin 62-52 points after the extension to draw them 45-45 by 11-11 points, 6-18 points, 6-4 points, 13-12 points, and settled in the fifth quarter with 7-7 points.
In the second match, Al-Ittihad achieved a victory over Barada, with a score of 50-41 points, with 9-9 points, 10-4 points, 16-13 points, and 15-15 points.
Al-Ittihad topped the group with 6 points after its victory over Salamia with a score of 68-45 points and Hateen with 59-53 points, followed by Salamieh in second place with 4 points from two wins on Barada with 55-46 points and Hateen62-52 points to qualify for the semi-final round Rebekah Al-Oruba and Al-Faiha .
