Hallbergmoos - It was a great start for the VfB Hallbergmoos footballers: First, the national league team had a really good 5-0 (3-0) victory against TSV Ampfing on Friday evening - and then almost the whole league played for Hallbergmoos on Saturday. Gedi Sugzda's protégés are now coming second in the table to Erste Karlsfeld this weekend, who is now only six points ahead, but already one game more than VfB.
The opening game after the winter break began with careful probing. The two teams acted at eye level, the Ampfinger had a first chance. VfB also came to a conclusion in a phase of the game in which there was no indication that the decision should be made before the break. The doorbell rang three times between the 33rd and 38th minute - and the three counters were practically taken. That was an ice cold number for the Hallbergmoosers, who had missed this consequence several times in the first half of the season.

In this triple strike, the two new VfB players in particular flexed their muscles: Kaan Aygün kicked in the center of the storm and then had the necessary luck in the 33rd minute when his deflected shot attempted unsustainably (33.). And Hallberg's premier footballer number two, Simon Werner, unpacked a fine dribble in front of his goal for 2-0 (36th) before VfB also played out the 3-0 of Andreas Giglberger (38th).
It was a five-minute football tsunami that rolled over Ampfing. In the second half, TSV Ampfing only scored a significant shot on goal, and after Daniel Willberger's 4-0 (60th) the promoted team had given up any hope of being able to take anything countable out of the stadium at the airport. The powerful Simon Werner made his dream debut with his second goal (78th). "Of course, such a start is great," said Sugzda about the two newcomers who compensated for the absence of first-round strikers Fabian Diranko and Daniel Bauer.

Hallbergmoos made an exclamation point before the top game next Saturday in Karlsfeld. The league leaders suffered a first setback with the 2-2 draw in Passau after a 0-2 deficit. If VfB wins this duel, Eintracht's lead over the rest of the top group would continue to melt.
Coach Gedi Sugzda saw a defensive and offensive performance against Ampfing, with which you can also look at the Landesliga leaders. "Now the opponents have been warned of us," says the coach, who does not want to overestimate this victory ("We now have three points more").
