Valencia (AP) - German soccer player Robin Gosens has made it into the quarter-finals of the Champions League with the Italian surprise team Atalanta Bergamo.
The premier-class debutant won the return leg at Valencia after a four-goal gala by Josip Iličić 4: 3 (2: 1) on Tuesday. Bergamo won the first leg 4: 1. The Slovenian attacker scored in the match without a spectator in the 3rd and 43rd minute by penalty and in the 71st and 82nd minute to the final result. The 25-year-old Emmericher Gosens was in the starting XI and played through.
