Chelsea player Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive for coronavirus, his club said on the night of Thursday to Friday. He is the first Premier League player to be affected by the coronavirus, a few hours after Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta also tested positive. An emergency meeting must be held on Saturday to decide whether or not to decide to continue the championship.
