Lenggries - Good news for Lenggrieser SC: Jakob Gerg, who has been struggling with a cruciate ligament rupture for a year and a half, will make his comeback in the LSC dress in the test match at SG Hausham on Saturday (6 p.m.).
Martin Lindner: Gerg "of course still needs time"
Gerg tried a comeback almost a year ago, but it was over after two league games because he had injured his knee again. Now the 27-year-old is making a new attempt. "Of course he still needs time, but he makes a good impression in training", reports coach Martin Lindner. “He is satisfied that his leg holds up so well and so are we.” Gerg was present at all ten training units. The LSC will appear in Hausham with a similar line-up as they last did in the 5-1 win over Rottach-Egern.
