Will Andre Zelradesh return to play for Maccabi Tel Aviv next season? At least according to reports in Portugal ("A Bola"), the right-back, who won the championship last season with the Yellows, is not in Sporting Lisbon's plans, which could release him for another season in Kiryat Shalom.
It is also reported that Zelradsh, who left the country with his family only two weeks ago after a year in the Israeli champions' loan, should not be included in the final roster of the coach most are and according to all estimates the club are expected to give up the 29-year-old defender.
Lisbon insist that the team has not yet received offers for the player and in light of the constant and growing interest from Maccabi Tel Aviv, there is a chance that the deal will be closed in the near future. "Andre Geralds is not in the plans of Sporting Lisbon coach," the report said, "Maccabi Tel Aviv have already expressed interest in buying the player, whose contract expires at the end of the 2020/1 season."
As you may recall, Maccabi Tel Aviv tried to ask the right-back for another season but Sporting refused and as a result the Yellows gave him up and signed Ben Bitton in his place.
