They form the most dangerous offensive duo in the Premier League: when Harry Kane and Son Heung-min combine, defensive rows look old. Arsenal had to experience that too. The reward for the Spurs: first place.

Tottenham Hotspur won the North Londonerby against Arsenal and maintained their leadership in the Premier League.

In the top game of the eleventh match day, the Spurs won their home game in front of 2,000 spectators 2-0 (2-0).

And anyone who has watched José Mourinho's team at least from time to time in the past few weeks has an inkling of who must have been responsible for the goals.

The 1-0 was achieved by Son Heung-min after work by Harry Kane.

Harry Kane achieved the 2-0 after work by Son Heung-min.

Kane for Son, Son for Kane: The Spurs duo have repeatedly scored goals for each other this season.

Against Arsenal that worked particularly well at 1-0 (13th minute).

In a Tottenham counterattack, Kane played Son, who sprinted deep into the depths, who flicked the ball from outside the penalty area precisely and powerfully towards the corner.

A dream goal, the Reuters news agency called it "majestic".

Later Son served Kane, who was running behind him to the left, and he shot from an acute angle to the lower edge of the bar, from where the ball jumped behind the line (45th + 1).

This half reminded a little of the second matchday, when Tottenham beat Southampton 5-2, at that time Son scored four times, Kane prepared all four goals.

Kane is now with 26 goals in 17 competitive appearances.

Son comes on 19 in 17.

The win puts Tottenham (24 points) two points ahead of Chelsea, who beat Leeds United on Saturday.

The last time Spurs lost was on the first day of the game (0-1 against Everton).

Arsenal could only partially convince in the derby.

The best opportunity was missed by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who headed Hugo Lloris's goal, and the Gunners also missed a number of half-chances.

But they rarely generated great opportunities.

Coach Mikel Arteta's team is in 15th place with 13 points. Arsenal last started a season that badly in 1981.
