Kranzberg and Kirchdorf expect an away game in the round of 16 with a team from the district league 1. The possible opponents - Gerolfing, GW Ingolstadt, Manching II or Gaimersheim - are difficult to assess, but certainly not overwhelming, says Anton Kopp.
There are no great chances of qualifying for the Toto Cup semi-finals or even for the district league by reaching the league cup final in Kirchdorf and Kranzberg.
“The question is whether it would make sense to climb the league cup,” Lohmeier muses.
“I don't want to offend any of us in the league, and the two who are now at the top deserve promotion.
If someone else were to rise above the trophy, that might still be okay with Attaching.
