The results of the corona tests conducted by Bnei Sakhnin on players and its staff returned today (Thursday), in which it became clear that there are three new infections with the virus: Biram Kiel, Ali Othman and Ihab Ghanaim.
Following the triple contagion, the group training scheduled for today was canceled.
Sakhnin forwarded the findings to the director of the football leagues and will return to activity only when approval is received from the Ministry of Health.
The first to be infected was assistant coach Harel Sela, following which the other members of the club passed the test in question. The professional significance for Sakhnin: Kiel, Othman and Ghanaim will be absent from the league game against Maccabi Haifa, which is scheduled for next Saturday, with the return of the league (January 23). Sakhnin hopes there will be no more contagions, but if so, they may ask for a postponement of the game.
