Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Judge Maayan Ben-Ari today (Monday) shortened the detention of Omri Ben-Lulu, who is suspected of placing the stun grenade outside the noble family home in Holon.
According to the decision, Ben Lulu will be released from custody tomorrow, due to what has been defined as "reasonable initial suspicion only".
Yesterday, Ben Lulu was brought before Judge Ita Nachman, who extended his detention by five days, along with another suspect named Bar Gita.
Police claim there is an evidentiary basis against the two detainees when Judge Nachman supported this version. The police used advanced technological means to tie the suspects to the commission of the offenses attributed to them, including locating cell phones and scanning the security cameras around the noble family home in Holon.
