Wings Ravinia and Jack Harrison scored twice to lead Leeds United to a 2-1 away win over Newcastle United, adding to the pressure on him after missing out on wins for the ninth consecutive match in the Premier League today.
This is Newcastle's seventh loss in the last nine league matches to remain in 16th place with 19 points from 20 games, seven points ahead of the relegation zone.
Leeds remained in 12th place with 26 points from 19 games after ending a streak without wins in three matches in all competitions.
