British stadiums are preparing to receive fans again, according to the road map revealed by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in order to ease restrictions on combating the emerging Corona virus.
According to a report by British Sky Sports, Johnson revealed plans in the British House of Commons to gradually ease restrictions on fighting the Corona pandemic across the country simultaneously instead of doing so on a regional basis.
The network indicated that, starting from the 17th of next May, the events organized inside the halls will be attended by 50 percent of the capacity of the stadium or 1000 fans, while the events organized in the open air will witness the presence of 50 percent of the stadium's capacity or 4000 fans, while some will be allowed to attend. Up to 10,000 fans, or 25 percent of the stadium capacity, for larger football stadiums.
Since last December, the British government decided to ban masses from attending sporting events across Britain due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, which caused heavy losses to English clubs.
