PSG: Ramos finally back in the Coupe de France?

Unavailable for three weeks and his only game of the season against Saint-Etienne, the Spanish defender Sergio Ramos could effect

Three weeks after his first and only match of the season with PSG in Saint-Etienne (3-1 victory), Sergio Ramos sees his return to competition becoming clearer.

The 35-year-old Spanish defender, in delicacy with his left calf after the meeting in the Forez, was able to do a second training session with the rest of the team this Friday at the Camp des Loges.

His return to form must still be validated by the new session which will take place this Saturday at the end of the morning, but his presence Sunday in the group for the match of the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France against Feignies-Aulnoye (N3, 5th French division) takes on a little more thickness every day.

If the sensations felt by the former Madrilenian are good, he could even start the meeting.

This is not a gala match for Paris, but this 32nd Coupe de France will take place at the Hainaut stadium where Valenciennes (L2) traditionally plays and where the pitch is rather of quality.

This reduces the risk of injury, and Ramos now needs to test his body and string meetings anyway.

Nuno Mendes, hit in the left calf against Bruges (2-0 victory) 10 days ago, and forced to leave the pitch at the start of the second half, is also doing better.

The 19-year-old left-back will certainly be available and is likely to start since Juan Bernat will forfeit after his hamstring injury in his left thigh contracted against Monaco (2-0) last Sunday.

Still deprived of Draxler and Neymar in the infirmary, Mauricio Pochettino should choose to leave a few executives at rest or on the bench for this first round of the Coupe de France.
