The Israeli Kate Foil Championship came to an end last night (Friday) in Eilat, where Dvir Azulai from the Eilat Sailing Club won for the first time, while in the women's Gal Zuckerman retains her title from last year. 

The competition was very close between the Israeli surfers, with Azulai, Zohar Harubi and Yael Paz demonstrating control and finishing most of the competition cruises in the first three places and swapping the lead between them.

The fight continued until the last cruise, after Dvir Azulai led safely with four cruises left to finish, Zohar Haroubi finished in the last four cruises in second place after Bonoa Gomez and first of the Israelis and closed the gap a bit from the exterminator but it was not enough .

In the Open Championship, the Frenchman Benoit Gomez won, ranked third in Europe and fourth in the world today.
