A meeting between two of the senior ambassadors of Israeli football in Europe is currently taking place in the Dutch league, with Vitesse Arnheim and Eli Desa hosting PSV Eindhoven and Eran Zehavi in the 22nd round.
In the first round, the Reds-Whites won 0: 2, without Zahavi who was absent due to the injury from which he returned only recently.
Both teams come with problematic momentum after two consecutive losses in the league, with Vitesse adding another very painful one in the cup and being defeated 5-0 by Ajax.
PSV also surrendered to the Dutch champions three weeks ago, and continued to worsen its situation with a loss also against Alkmaar who opened a gap of 5 points from the summit.
Zehavi, who returned to the PSV squad in the 0: 4 victory over Nak Barda in the cup four days ago, returned tonight to 11th in the league for the first time since November 7, and will hope to celebrate this first goal in three and a half months.
