The hearings of the Sports Court (CAS), concerning the Russian skater Kamila Valieva, who tested positive for a prohibited substance, ended Monday morning at 2 a.m. local time (6:00 p.m. GMT Sunday), the CAS announced in a press release.
The CAS will have to decide whether the gifted 15-year-old, who tested positive for trimetazidine, used to treat angina pectoris, on December 25 during the Russian Championships, will be able to participate or not in the women's Olympic Games-2022 on Tuesday.

The time is now for deliberations and a decision is expected to be announced around 2 p.m. local time (0600 GMT Monday), according to the same source.

Kamila Valieva attended the hearing, along with representatives of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), International Skating Union (ISU), Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA ) and the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC).
