This project primarily serves HVAC.
It is a multi-stage rocket.
They started the story by bringing the South African provinces into the United Rugby Championship (URC), the former Celtic League, in which they also have shares.
Then they obtained that, from next season, the South African teams participate in the European Cups.
The Six Nations Tournament is therefore just a logical continuation for CVC.
The integration of the national team is the third and last stage of the rocket.
